Today I made a Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Ganache. Heavenly!This cupcake is so light and fluffy and rich, you can only eat 1. This was my first time I made chocolate ganache. I was very surprised at how easy it was. I watched a clip of the DC Georgetown gals whip up their 3 minute chocolate ganache before I began my ganache adventure.
